Rich Kaseler (b. March 24, 1958) is an American citizen currently residing in Tucson Arizona.

Born in Richmond Hill, Queens, New York, Kaseler moved with his family at age 5 to the Town of Woodbury, Orange County, New York. In 1976, Kaseler was graduated from Monroe-Woodbury High School. He attended a course of study at Orange County Community College and later transferred to Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1982.

Kaseler currently specializes in IT asset management. He is currently Vice President responsible for Industry Best Practices with International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers, Inc. (IAITAM).
