Rebecca Rivkah Greulich (born November 13, 1981) is a born-and-raised native Austinite.

In August of 2003 Rivkah gave up her current career--running a fiction novel publishing company (Rabid Press Inc.) and managing the art and marketing department of a catalog mail order company (Supercircuit Inc.)--to pick up the pen and pursue comics full-time. In spite of the sacrifices and hardships she's had to endure to pursue her dream, she claims to haven't looked back since.

When not working on her graphic novels, Rivkah spends the rest of her time speaking at libraries and conventions and writing free online tutorials for young, aspiring artists and writers. She says she doesn't believe in charging for knowledge, and more than anything, she loves being able to share her passion with other creators and seeing them take their dreams into their own hands.

Rivkah currently writes and draws the ongoing TOKYOPOP teen graphic novel series Steady Beat. Her major influences are Will Eisner, Osamu Tezuka, Terry Moore, and her fellow artistic contemporaries and friends at TOKYOPOP. Her favorite books and series are Buddha by Osamu Tezuka, The Silver Crown by Robert C. O'Brien, My Name is Asher Lev by Chaim Potok, and The War of Art by Steven Pressfield. She spends a lot of her time reading and rereading books by Dale Carnegie, Ray Bradbury, Mercedes Lackey, Tamora Pierce, and various YA novels and children's books. She hopes to someday break into the arena of YA and children's literature.
