[edit] About Riverside Academy
Riverside Academy is a small private school in Reserve. The 06-07 schoolyear for Riverside starts on August 14th. Riverside Academy is a fully approved and accredited school by the Louisiana State Department of Education. There are 60 full-time faculty members. Several faculty members have earned their Master’s Degree in education. Riverside Academy is TOPS eligible and is Brumfield vs. Dodd approved. Riverside Academy was established in 1970 to fulfill the educational needs of students in the parishes of St. Charles, St. James, and St. John the Baptist. The school site covers 20 acres and consists of 10 permanent air-conditioned buildings. Riverside's slogan is "Education through Dedication". Riverside's ACT scores are above state average. In 2005 graduates received $959,336.00 in scholarships.

In the 05-06 school year our baseball team won state champs. Our football team is the Rebels. Riverside's mascot is the Rebel Man. All of our sports are listed below.
