Rivergaro is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Piacenza in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 150 km northwest of Bologna and about 20 km southwest of Piacenza. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,101 and an area of 43.8 km2.[1]
Rivergaro borders the following municipalities: Gazzola, Gossolengo, Podenzano, Travo, Vigolzone.
