River Market Tower address will be 401 East Third Street,Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 , USA.
When River Market Tower is completed, it will include various buildings: the tower itself at 19 stories, shops at Tuf-Nut, and an as of yet unnamed hotel. The project will be bordered by 3rd street to its North, Rock St to its West, 4th street to its South, and Commerce St to the East. The River Market Tower will have 4 levels of parking and 13 levels of living space. The top of the tower will be a large glass structure that will most likely be a gathering space like the 300 3rd Tower houses on its top most level. The design was completed by Moses Tucker Real Estate.
The River Market Tower will most likely begin construction in spring of 2007 and be completed in 2009. This latest project will enhance the redevelopment of the Little Rock skyline. The project will serve residents looking for a place to call home in the reemerging Little Rock River District and will be close to the Clinton Library.
