The Colne is a river in England. It flows mainly through Hertfordshire and forms the boundary between the South Bucks district of Buckinghamshire and the London Borough of Hillingdon. It is a tributary of the River Thames and flows into the Thames near Heathrow Airport.

The Colne rises near Colney Heath in Hertfordshire and through the Chiltern Hills. It divides into the Frays River, the Colne Brook and the Wraysbury River. It links to the River Pinn and in the South is the "Colne Brook".

The villages of Colney Heath near St Albans, Colney Street near Radlett, Colnbrook near Slough and London Colney in Hertfordshire all take their name from this river.
