Richmal "Ritchie" Scott is a recurring fictional character in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders. She is played by Sian Webber. She appeared in November 2005 and briefly in April 2006, she returned again in January 2007.

Ritchie was Phil Mitchell's lawyer, taking the place of Marcus Christie, who helped Den Watts to con the Mitchell family out of their businesses. She gave Phil advice about his sister Sam's arrest for the murder of Den Watts, and also advised him on his custody battle for his son, Ben, with Ben's older half brother Ian Beale, following their mother Kathy's death.

Phil later re-hired her to represent Sonia Fowler when she was arrested for the murder of her ex-mother-in-law, Pauline.
