Rising Star Games are a video game publishing company which focuses on releases for the European market. The company is based in Hitchin in Hertfordshire, England.

Rising Star Games was formed as a joint business venture by Scandinavian distributors Bergsala and Japanese developers Marvelous Interactive. Their main aim is to release games into Europe that would otherwise be too risky for other publishers.

The majority of its titles are for the Nintendo DS, and they have released some games for the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2. Titles are planned for PlayStation 3 and Wii.
