Rise To Fight is a metal/hardcore band from the Burlington Vermont area. The band was formed in early 2006.
Many bands are typical cookie cutters of what has become "Main stream" in today's music. Striving to be different, Rise To Fight has developed a sound mixing up metal, hardcore and a touch of rock. Putting a label on a bands sound tends to be limiting. RTF has influences from Pantera, As I lay Dying, 80's hair metal, rock and roll and everything in between. RTF has shared the stage with artists such as Terror, Through the eyes of the dead and many more. While music is so subjective today, RTF likes it straight up, in your face with no frills. Come to a show and see for yourself. Rest assured you will not be disappointed. Rise to fight is currently recording their 2nd EP due out summer of 2007.
