Rippowam School

Rippowam High School was once a public high school in Stamford, CT, USA, although the school closed and its campus has now become the site of Scofield Magnet Middle School.
Rippowam High moved to the former University of Connecticut campus on Scofield Town Road and later Scofield Middle moved in, in 2001.
There is also now a Rippowam Middle School on Stamford's High Ridge Road. The Academy of Information Technology and Engineering (a high school) moved onto this campus which it now shares with the middle school.
Rippowam Middle School has a large, well-equipped auditorium. Its current mascot, which was decided by popular vote in the first year of middle school status by the first class of sixth graders (class of 2004), is the Raptor.
