Galerians: Rion

Galerians: Rion is a 2003 computer animated movie based on the PlayStation video game Galerians. As it is a Japanese production, it is considered anime[citation needed]. Originally released by Enterbrain as a 3 part OVA in Japan, Galerians: Rion was licensed for the US by Image Entertainment, combined into a single feature, and broadcast on MTV2.

Galerians: Rion is set in the 26th century, and the human residents of Earth are under attack from a supercomputer called Dorothy. Intent on eliminating the human race, Dorothy faces some stiff competition from Rion Steiner, a teenager with superhuman powers.
