Rina Koike was born September 3, 1993, in the Tochigi Prefecture.

Koike Rina is a co-star to the popular live-action series, PGSM or, Pretty Guardian Sailormoon. She plays the character Sailor Luna, as Luna transforms to a young girl later on in the series.
She also co-hosts the Pretty Guardian Sailormoon Super Dance Lesson. She teaches the audience three different dances. These dances loosely follow Line dancing. The other two characters that host this special, are Miyu Sawai and Myū Azama. Sawai plays as Sailor Moon, and Usagi Tsukino. Azama plays as Sailor Jupiter and Makoto Kino. Sawai and Azama wear special dance-costumes, where Koike is left out, wearing her everyday costume from the show.
Koike started a junior Idol career with the DVD Big Brother. She was in 4th grade, at age 10. Koike also works for Very Berry Production, as a regular model. [1]

Koike has a pet dog named Cheese: a Japanese midget and Shiba crossbreed.
Her favourite food is butter and peach croquette stew. Her favorite personal quote is, 'やればなんでもできる！'--or, loosely translated, 'If you do, it is possible, regardless!'
She is 157 cm tall (as of December 10th, 2005). She likes taking club prints with friends, Jazz dancing, drawing, swimming, playing piano and jumping rope.
