I have reorganized the sections according to Wikipedia:Guide to layout ... When I went to add {{cite web}} tags, I found that one of the URLs had evaporated, so I deleted it ... in each case I used the <title> tag on the web page to fill in the title= fields, and the name of the website for the publisher= field, so blame them if a citation looks ugly. --72.75.126.37 07:52, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

And you can learn to do it, too ... remember, there was a time when I knew less about Wikipedia than you do at this very moment ... see Wikipedia:Citing sources for the basics (especially WP:CITE#When you quote someone), and Wikipedia:Citation templates for specific templates to use when citing a book, newspaper, journal, or website ... several different ones are used in the article for MOH recipient John R. Fox, so that might be a good example for you (even though it needs some restructuring and more sections as per WP:LAYOUT).

Unfortunately, African-American Involvement in the Vietnam War is not a Reliable Source because it is a personal website, and not Verifiable, which is why I made the reference in this article a {{cite news}} for the New York Times, not a {{cite web}} for the page at AAVW.org which provided a citation for the NYT article (date, page, etc.) ... the URL you've just provided does not cite a source, and cannot be used by itself for the reasons I just stated.

The LBJ quote may in fact come from the same NYT article, but as stated in WP:VERIFY, it is the contributor's responsibility to find sources, not mine as a WikiGnome ... "I'm here to repair it, not to defend it." ... I have also removed the bold text from sections that I edited, but the rest are up to you now. --72.75.126.37 18:22, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

WP:No personal attacks is an Official Policy here ... I've tried to help you, because without a citation, anyone can remove that quote as violating WP:No original research ... so, you're on your own now. --72.75.126.37 23:55, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
