Riesigk is a village in Germany not far from the town of Wittenberg in the district Anhalt-Zerbst (Bundesland Saxony-Anhalt, 51°49′N 12°28′E) on the south side of the Elbe river. It has a population of about 219 (2004). It is part of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Wörlitzer Winkel.

The village was chartered in 1200 the first time with the name Riswig.

  • Wörlitzer Park

The small town of Wörlitz lies 3 km away. The English-style "Wörlitzer Park" is the culmination of the "Dessau-Wörlitzer Gartenreich", which was created in the second half of the 18th century under the sovereignty of Fürst Leopold III. Friedrich Franz von Anhalt-Dessau.

In 2000, UNESCO added "Wörlitzer Park" to the list of World Heritage Sites.
