Rien Vartan Long (born August 7, 1981 in Los Angeles, California) is an American football defensive lineman for the Tennessee Titans in the NFL. He is of Armenian descent and cherishes his heritage greatly. He has a tattoo of the seventh letter of the Armenian alphabet over the Armenian flag on his biceps. While playing for Washington State University in 2002, he won the Outland Trophy as that year's best college football interior lineman. He is the brother of Devan Long. His hobbies include salt water reef aquariums, and he is an accomplished reef aquarist. His current aquarium is an impressive 220 gallon tank that houses 100's of species of corals, and numerous fish from around the world. In March of 2006 he took a trip to Armenia to visit his roots.
