Ridgeway, Ontario

Ridgeway is a small, unincorporated village near Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. The community is currently within the Niagara Regional Municipality. Historically, it was the seat of government for Bertie Township within Welland County.

Ridgeway is home to the Ridgeway Shores Golf Club and Cherry Hill Country Club which once hosted the Canadian Open golf tournament.

It is notable for being the location of the 1866 Battle of Ridgeway, resulting from a raid by the Irish-American Fenian Brotherhood.
