Ridgefield Memorial High School was the 97th-ranked public high school in New Jersey out of 316 schools statewide, in New Jersey Monthly magazine's September 2006 cover story on the state's Top Public High Schools[1].

The school mascot is the Royals. The school colors are Blue and White. Ridgefield Memorial High School participates in the Bergen County Scholastic League (BCSL) Olympic Division and is categorized by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) in North II, Group I.
