Richard and Elaine Chambers live in Georgia in the United States.

Richard holds both MBA and a Masters in Project Management degrees. He is currently pursuing a Doctrate in Higher Ed. With the purchase of a digital camera this year, he has become interested in photography. Richard has some 20 years of experience as a computer programmer (mini-computers and personal commputers with C/C++, network protocols, Unix and Microsoft Windows) and software product development. Richard is currently working at a university leading a product development team primarily composed of students. Talk about herding cats!!

Elaine is an artist who paints wonderful paintings in water color, acrylic, and oils in a variety of styles.
