 Stub to Start-Class Upgrading Instructions

To contribute in upgrading this stub article to start class, the following requirements must be met:

  • Significant intro (list the title, alternate titles, year released, director, actors starring in the film, summary of headings, etc.)
  • Film infobox ({{infobox film}})
  • Picture: Consult WikiProject Free Images for freely released images from a film shoot, opening, or other relevant free image; non-free and unlicensed images are to be avoided if at all possible
  • Plot summary
  • Cast section
  • At least two other developed sections of information (production, reception (including box office figures), awards and honors, references in popular culture, differences from novel or TV show, soundtrack, sequels, DVD release, etc.)
  • Categories (by year, country, language, and genre(s))

The result of the debate was PAGE MOVED per discussion below. -GTBacchus(talk) 01:55, 8 January 2007 (UTC) Move Ri¢hie Ri¢h to Richie Rich (film). Per naming conventions, article titles are based on English usage, not corporate logos or advertising fonts.

  • Support I agree. I see no reason for any exceptions here. --67.68.152.212 20:31, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Support seems cut-and-dried. --Groggy Dice T|C 08:54, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Support --Yath 14:02, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Oppose Movie is credited as "Ri¢hie Ri¢h", this does not go against WP:UE. See I ♥ Huckabees or How to Beat the High Co$t of Living.--Húsönd 21:39, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
    • Changed to Strong Oppose. Richie Rich already contains the article about the comics and there's no need to merge the articles.--Húsönd 00:26, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
      • The new location will be Richie Rich (film), not Richie Rich. This isn't a merge proposal, it's a move proposal. Kafziel Talk 12:56, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
        • Oh, right. Back to regular Oppose then.--Húsönd 13:40, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
          • Once again I change my stance, this time to neutral, as per Patstuart's argument.--Húsönd 20:06, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Support per above and the fact that no one is going to type Ri¢hie Ri¢h into the search bar to find this. 205.157.110.11 00:04, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
    • For the record, that's why we have redirects.--Húsönd 00:26, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Support - the closest we can get from WP:NC is under the band section: Do not replicate stylized typography in logos and album art, though a redirect may be appropriate (for example, KoЯn redirects to Korn (band)). Also see Toys "Я" Us redirecting to Toys "R" Us - sorry Husond :( Patstuarttalk|edits 19:55, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
