Talk:Rice vinegar
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
What on earth is "jacked-up" vinegar? Is that slang? If it is then perhaps the sentence could be rephrased. If it's not slang, I think an explanation of the term would make things clearer.
Is "jacked-up" supposed to be a replacement for ""? If that's correct, then my question becomes "what on earth is vinegar?". And then I'd ask is that really appropriate for Wikipedia?

- I can only imagine that it's intended to refer to the higher acidity of Western vinegars. I've revised the sentence. VermillionBird 20:47, 10 October 2005 (UTC)
