Ricky Achmad Subagdja (born 27 January 1971) is a male badminton player from Indonesia. His height is 175 cm.

He is a former world Champion and current Olympic champion in the men's double with his partner Rexy Mainaky. Ricky and Rexy won the gold medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, USA and they won in the final Badminton World Champion in Laussane 1995, they defeated Denmark men's double J.H.Christensen/Thomas Lund. Ricky and Rexy is a best of the world badminton men's double in 1990s. Now he deforce from his wife Elsa Manora Nasution and have a one daughter from their marriage.
