Ricky Bell, aka Slick, (born Ricardo Bell on September 18, 1967 in Roxbury, Massachusetts) is one of the founding members of the musical groups New Edition and Bell Biv DeVoe.

Ricky sang mostly background vocals for New Edition but soon broke out and he was featured as co-lead for several New Edition singles and even sang lead on "Hey There Lonely Girl".

In 1990 Ricky along with fellow New Edition members Ronnie DeVoe and Michael Bivins formed Bell Biv Devoe (or commonly called BBD) with Ricky featured as lead singer.

He married Amy Carrea in 2004.
