Rick Bryan (born March 20, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma) was an American Football defensive lineman who played for the Oklahoma Sooners.

Rick Bryan was a consensus All-American in both 1982 and 1983. He was part of the Big Eight all-conference team during 1981-83. In 1982, he was named Big Eight Defensive Player of the Year.
Bryan was also a member of the academic all-conference team from 1981-83 for his achievements in the classroom. Considered a fierce competitor, he ranks eighth on the Sooner career tackle list with 352.

Rick Bryan has been imortalized in the form of a generic television image that has been running for an indeterminant period of time in circulars depicting television sets. This appears to be from the game played in Norman on September 11, 1982 against the West Virginia Mountaineers.

Bryan was selected by the Atlanta Falcons with the 9th overall pick in the 1984 NFL Draft.
He spent all 9 years of his professional career with the Atlanta Falcons, and still has the 10th most sacks in a career in Falcons' history, with the 8th most yardage lost.
