Richard Tracey

Richard Patrick Tracey (born 8 February 1943) was a British Conservative politician.
Tracey was MP for Surbiton from 1983 until the seat was abolished by boundary changes in 1997. He stood in the new seat of Kingston and Surbiton, losing to Liberal Democrat Edward Davey by 56 votes. Tracey served as Sports Minister from 1985 to 1987.
