Richard Javier Morales Aguirre (nickname El Chengue) (born February 21, 1975 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan international footballer.
He transferred to Málaga CF in the summer after spending two seasons at Osasuna.
He has caped numerous times for the Uruguay national side, his two late goals against Australia in 2001, ensuring his country a place at the 2002 World Cup in Korea/Japan.
