Richard Kirkby

Richard Kirkby (c.1625 – 9 September 1681) was an English politician, from Kirkby Ireleth in Lancashire.[1] He was the son of Roger Kirkby or Kirby and Agnes Lowther, sister of Sir John Lowther, 1st Baronet.[2]
He was a justice of the peace[1] and Member of Parliament for Lancaster. He married thrice, and had children by each wife: [1]
