Richard Hussey Bickerton

Sir Richard Bickerton, 2nd Baronet (11 October 1759–9 February 1832) was a British admiral.
He succeeded his father as a baronet in 1792 and Rear-Admiral to Nelson. Commanded the squadron off Cádiz in 1800. Flinders named Bickerton Island for him. He also served as Member of Parliament for Poole from 1807 until 1812.
