Richard H. W. Brauer is Emeritus Director of the Brauer Museum of Art at Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. Professor Brauer has devoted years of research to the life and works of Junius R. Sloan, authoring numerous books and essays on this topic. He and his wife Ellen currently reside in Valparaiso.
