Richard Gagnier is an alternative stand-up comedian from Rochester, New York. He is an independent artist with CDs produced by screenplay writer Frank Stamm. He performed at the Downstairs Cabaret Theater as part of their Alternative Underground series, a cabaret show featuring four of western New York's best alternative comics. [1]
