Richard Clough Anderson, Jr. (August 4, 1788– July 24, 1826) was an American lawyer and politician from Jefferson County, Kentucky. He represented Kentucky in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1817 to 1821.

Anderson County, Kentucky is named in his honor.
