Ricardo Rocha

Ricardo Wilson Rocha is a Brazilian conductor, expert in Bach and in Brazilian classical music.

Rocha is also the father founding of a non profit musical association named Companhia Bachiana Brasileira, which is dedicated to broadcast Brazilian classical music and also to put on the stage Bach’s compositions. Just like Villa Lobos, a very important Brazilian composer of the XX century, Rocha believes that Bach has a lot of influence on Brazilian classical composers.

Rocha lives in Rio de Janeiro but he also has a very important career in Germany.
