Ricardo Obregón Cano (b. 1918, Río Cuarto, Córdoba) was an Argentine Justicialist Party politician. He was Governor of Córdoba from May 25, 1973 to February 28, 1974.
Obregón Cano was a left-wing Peronist and alleged to have been a montonero. He was toppled as governor by an operation led by the province's police chief. He was later imprisoned.
