Ricardo Mangue Obama Nfubea

Ricardo Mangue Obama Nfubea (born c.1961) has been Prime Minister of Equatorial Guinea since 14 August 2006, the first ethnic Fang to serve in the post [1]. He is a lawyer by profession and a member of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea (PDGE). Mangue Obama was second deputy prime minister in the previous government of Miguel Abia Biteo Boricó, and also previously held the labor and education portfolios.
