Looks fine, per the discussion on the image page and what appears to be intended as a license. Looks like fair use otherwise - it's a press release in effect, when used in the way the group intends it to be used (complete). Hard not to use this in a way which isn't fair use, so long as the image is intact, so this would apply to most reusers of the content as well. Getting explicit permission, which appears to be under way, is also good, even if not really required, IMO. Jamesday 12:41, 10 Jan 2004 (UTC)

NoHarmm.Org created the image. I am certain that none will mind its use in the article about Intactivism -- it is the Ribbon for genital Integrity after all.

I believe that it is fair use because at [NoHarmm.Org] it say:

"The blue and pink ribbon web image may only be used in conjunction with the text: Genital Integrity. © 1998 NOHARMM"

I kept the text of the terms in the picture. I feel that I have implicit permission for use.

I shall write NoHarmm.Org and ask for explicit permission. Hopefully I shall get a response before next Saturday.

Well now, none at NoHarmmOrg responded to my email (I wrote to three addresses) or answered the phone. I know that my time is gone; but desperately however, I stand by the text [NoHarmm.org] giving permission to use it as long as one leave the copyright-notice and the information pointing back to NoHarmm.Org intact. I would just like to point-out that according to [AltaVista.Com] 45 sites use the image under these conditions; while [Lycos.Com] lists 55. Evidently, NoHarmm.Org does not mind people using the ribbon Genital Integrity under their terms.

The people at NoHarmm.Org still, after three months, have not responded to email. Since the license states:

"The blue and pink ribbon web image may only be used in conjunction with the text: Genital Integrity."

And so many use it, I shall readd it to the article.

If others still believe that this image is inappropriate, I shall not challenge its removal.
