Rhythmic Gymnastics at the 2008 Summer Olympics

Rhythmic gymnastics competition at the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics will be held from August 21 to August 24 at the Beijing University of Technology Gymnasium.

2 sets of medals will be awarded in the following events:
- Individual Women
- Group Women
[edit] Qualification Criteria
An NOC may enter up to 2 individuals and up to 1 group of 6 athletes. Qualification is based on the results of the 2007 World Championships held in Patras (GRE), September 19-21, 2007.
Individual places will be awarded as follows:
- 20 best gymnasts in the World Championships
- 3 places granted by FIG Executive Committee to ensure participation of the Host Nation and each continent
- 1 invitational place
Group places will be awarded as follows:
- 10 best groups in the World Championships
- 2 places granted by FIG Executive Committee to ensure participation of the Host Nation and at least 3 continents
