Rhythm-al-ism is the fourth album by rapper/producer DJ Quik. It was released on Profile Records on November 10, 1998 and was certified gold by the RIAA on July 7, 1999. It peaked at number 63 on the Billboard 200 on December 12, 1998. The album feaures the singles "You'z a Ganxta", "Hand In Hand", and "Down, Down, Down".
