Rhys Weston (born 27 October 1980 in Kingston upon Thames, England) is a Welsh professional footballer currently playing for Port Vale.

Weston, a Welsh international who has earned 7 caps for his country, formerly played for Arsenal as a youth player, and Cardiff chairman Sam Hammam signed him for £300,000 in November 2000. He is considered to be a good tackler and is well known for his aerial ability.

On 31st August 2006 Viking F.K. in the Norwegian Premier League confirmed the signing of Rhys Weston and gave him a contract until the end of the season after being released by former club Cardiff City.

In January 2007, on his return fron Norway, Weston was given a trial with Port Vale. On 12th February 2007, it was announced that Weston had signed for Port Vale until the end of the season.
