Rhys Coiro

Rhys Coiro (born March 12, 1979 in Calabria, Italy) is a television and stage actor in the United States. He is best known for his recurring characters Billy Walsh on Entourage and Vincent Bianchi on Ugly Betty. In 2002, he graduated with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, School of Drama.
