Thank you for your vandalism report at WP:AIV. In this case, no action was taken because the alleged vandalism stopped two days ago, and WP:AIV is for quickly stopping current problems. In the future, you can deal with vandalism by warning the user (always remembering to assume good faith) by using the templates at WP:VAND. It's best to wait to report them at WP:AIV until after they have ignored warnings. Admins are very unlikely to block a user who hasn't been warned.
