Rhoys Wiggins (born November 4, 1987) is a Welsh football player who plays for Crystal Palace in The Championship and the Wales national football team. He wears the number 35 shirt and is a defender playing at left back.

Rhoys is a regular for both the Crystal Palace Reserves and the Wales U-19 team. He has also made appearances for the Welsh U-21s, and even a call-up to the Welsh national squad. This led to him being given his first professional contract at Palace.

However, tragedy struck in the pre-season of 2006, when he ruptured knee ligaments during a friendly against feeder academy Crystal Palace F.C. USA, part of the Eagles' tour of the USA. He is set to be out for six months.

Rhoys is certainly a hot prospect, and will now hope to be given his chance in The Championship, after his return from injury.
