Rhopalostylis baueri is a species of palm native to Norfolk Island and the Kermadec Islands.
The Kermadec Islands population is separated as R. cheesemanii by some botanists.
In the northen hemisphere the best specimens are found in the coasts of the southeastern Azores and Madeira, which offer similar climates as their original habitats.
