Rhodia is a planet in The Stars, Like Dust by Isaac Asimov. It orbited a star of spectral class F-8, 10.7 parsecs (35 light years) from Lingane. The 1098th world settled by man

Ruled by a hereditary monarch known as the 'Director', Rhodia was the core of largest of the 'Nebular Kingdoms' near the Horsehead Nebula. Rhodia was on its way to achieving total dominon over the other Nebular Kingdoms when it was conquered by Tyrann. The Director was chosen from the Hinriad family (adoption into the Hinriad clan was encouraged), by election. When they invaded, Tyrann took control of these elections. One of the results was the weak rulership of Hinrik V. Rhodia was the 1098th world settled in the second settlement.

One known town in Rhodia is Southwark, where Biron Farrill took on supplies before fleeing aboard the Tyranni ship Remorseless.

Later, it is found that Rhodia, in fact, is the fabled and hidden home of the anti-Tyranni rebellion. Following events are not clearly known, although it seems that the Rhodian rebellion is successful in throwing off the Tyranni yoke over the Nebular Kingdoms. Asimov said no more about the matter.

In David Brin's Foundation's Triumph, an authorised expansion of Asimov's work, it is stated that Rhodia and her attendant worlds have an unusual degree of self-rule under the Galactic Empire.
