Route 246 is a numbered State Highway running 8.4 miles in Rhode Island.

- Providence: 2.1 miles; U.S. Route 1 to North Providence town line
- Mill Street, Charles Street, [Charles Street] (Ashburton Street, Chalkstone Avenue) and Charles Street
- North Providence: 1.5 miles; Providence city line to Lincoln town line
- Charles Street
- Lincoln: 4.8 miles; North Providence town line to Route 116
- Old Louisquisset Pike
