Route 112 takes the following route through the State:
- Charlestown: 5.5 miles; U.S. Route 1 to Richmond town line
- South County Trail and Carolina Back Road
- Richmond: 3.0 miles; Charlestown town line to Route 138
- Main Street and Richmond Town House Road
