- East Providence: 1.7 miles; Route 103 to Route 103
- Crescent View Avenue and Bullocks Point Avenue

Route 103A was coordinated as a numbered State Highway in 2001. The exact reason(s) for its existence is unknown; presumably someone wanted an alternate route through Riverside since Route 103A runs through the center of Riverside, unlike its parent, Route 103, which bypasses it.
