A couple of points. Is the name Rhema linked to the Christian broadcaster of that ilk in New Zealand? Also, where is Great Lakes Rhema up to with their licence application? I'll drag up a few technical details for some of these, like transmission power (I think that they have 500watts?) from other sources if that is of any interest?

Yes, Rhema FM Manning Great Lakes was founded with help from United Christian Broadcasters Australia which is an offshoot of United Christian Broadcasters International, which was in turn founded by the Radio Rhema Broadcasting Group. (most of the other stations listed at Rhema FM have a similar background).
Last I heard they are running on a TCBL (Temporary Community Broadcasting License). There was a complaint from a commercial broadcaster against the issuing of a third permanent community broadcasting license in the license area because there are only two commercial licenses, so there may not be any move to issue a permanent license any time soon. I might be able to find a ref on the ACMA site for this, as it may be worth including in the article.
The technical information would be fine.
