Ph:CheckUser and redirects add an edit link for Template:H:f Help as shown above for help pages without specific content relevant only on Meta. Maybe edit the redirect to add such specific content to a help page, e.g. use it to add a {{cleanup}} tag. Please edit only the redirect, not Ph:CheckUser unless you know what you're doing.
This list of templates used on help pages, but not yet covered by the handbook, is not complete. Please add what you find, or try to remove what's not really needed worldwide:
