Although I finally found an outlet for all the useless information I carry around in my head, I no longer have the free time necessary to contribute as much to Wikipedia as I once did. I passed 1000 edits on 7th January 2006, 2000 edits on 1st May 2006, and 4000 edits some time later (when I stopped caring....). Check my latest edit count here.

[edit] Rant

A lot of time I have spent editing Wikipedia has been to railway-related articles. I am starting to lose patience in all directions with many other editors who contribute to railway articles. The idea of building a consensus seems lost on them: penickety arguing seems to dominate. Common sense is often thrown out of the window, with people pushing their own perspectives on things. It's a complete pain in the a**e. I'm planning on staying out of railway-related discussions from now on, if I can help it. It's doing my head in. 23:56, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
