Rezidor Hotel Group, before known as RezidorSAS is a hotel company based in Belgium. The company is owned by the SAS Group (75%) and Carlson Hotels Worldwide (25%). In 2005 the company had 263 hotels in 48 countries. In 2006 the company changed its name to Rezidor Hotel Group. Major stock holder SAS Group has announced it will introduce the company at the Stockholm Stock Exchange at November 28, 2006. The price will be between 43 - 54 SEK / share. Carlson Hotels have declared it will increas its shares in Rezidor to 35 %.

In 1960 Scandinavian Airlines (the hotel company was called SAS International Hotels) opened its first hotel the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, after that the company opened hotels in all major SAS cities. In 1994 the company signed a master franchise agreement with Carlson Hotels Worldwide to operate all Radisson branded hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The new hotel chain Radisson SAS was born. In 2001 the company changed it name to RezidorSAS Hospitality. Rezidor SAS and Carlson Hotels signed a new franchise agreement that added three other Carlson brands to Rezidor SAS. In 2006 the SAS Group announced that they want to introduce the company at the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
