Founded by Abdullah Zainal Alireza in 1949 in the British Protectorate of Kuwait, as an offshoot of the House of Alireza, the Rezayat Group has its group headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is active in the industries of oil & gas, water, power generation, finance and telecommunications with over 15,000 employees and operations in 13 countries.
Among the larger business houses in the Kingdom, Rezayat, a prominent commercial group, has investments across many of Saudi Arabia's economic sectors. Trading activities in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates has propelled Rezayat into a major commercial player in the highly competitive Middle East market place.
